JOHNSON COUNTY, Mo. – A driver and pedestrian are both dead after a crash in Johnson County just after noon yesterday.
The Missouri Highway Patrol report says 
Curtis D. Sartin, 54, of Osceola, died when his vehicle traveled off Business Highway 13 at County Road Southeast 190, Wednesday. The vehicle struck a ditch then hit Cindy H. Stehmann, 39, of Warrensburg. Sartin died when the vehicle struck a tree. Stehmann was pronounced dead at Western Missouri Medical Center.
One passenger from Eldon was flown to Research Hospital with serious injuries and another taken by ambulance to Western Missouri Medical Center with moderate injuries.
