JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. – Not wearing a seat belt may have contributed to a fatality crash in Jefferson City Saturday morning.
Investigators say Joshua Harmon, 44, 
struck the rear wheel of a trailer towed by another vehicle on Highway 63 near the Moreau River Bridge around 8:15 today. Harmon’s vehicle struck a guardrail and ejected Harmon when it overturned.
Harmon was pronounced dead at the scene.
