DAVIESS COUNTY, MO – A Richmond man is dead in a fatal car crash Monday afternoon in Daviess County.
Highway Patrol reports that David W. Baugher, 38, ran off the west side of Missouri 13 in a tractor trailer, struck a ditch and overturned around 1 p.m.
He was not wearing a seat belt, according to the report. He was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.
