BUCHANAN COUNTY, Mo. – A Kansas man was killed when he was hit by a car in Buchanan County Friday night.
According to the 
Missouri Highway Patrol crash report, Taano Aisek, 26, of Kansas City, Kansas, exited his vehicle after a non-injury accident on Interstate 29, five miles South of St. Joseph. The report says Aisek ran out in front of a northbound vehicle driven by Kaitlin Ericson, 27, of Shawnee, Kansas.
Aisek was pronounced dead at the scene by a Buchanan County Medical Examiner Investigator.
