DAVIESS COUNTY, Mo. – A trial setting is scheduled in Daviess County, for a man accused of manslaughter.
Aaron Tucker, 26, of Locks Springs was originally charged 
with second degree murder in the death of Michael Chad Estabrook, 48, on November 12, 2016. Court documents allege Estabrook was knocked unconscious by Tucker during an altercation in Lock Springs, and later pronounced dead at Hedrick Medical Center in Chillicothe.
Tucker, who is free on bond, will appear at 9:00 this morning on the amended charge of manslaughter.
