SCOTLAND COUNTY, Mo. – One driver died and the other was uninjured in a collision in Scotland County, just after noon today.
The Missouri Highway Patrol report says neither driver was wearing a seat belt with the pickups collided on County Road 213, seven miles southeast of Memphis. James Martin, 48, of Memphis and Kelvin Diller, 16, of Rutledge, struck each other head on at the crest of a hill.
Diller was not injured but Martin was pronounced dead at the scene.
