KIRKSVILLE, Mo. — A man is dead after a cutting in Kirksville late Thursday afternoon, April 1, 2021.
Around 5:00 p.m. emergency crews responded to a male being assaulted with a knife in the 800 block of South Baltimore. The 49 year old male victim was transported to a local hospital where he died of his injury. Police say the investigation led to the identification of a witness and a 17 year old male suspect. Both have been located and a 17 year old from La Plata is in custody.
