COOPER COUNTY, Mo. A man is dead and several others hospitalized after a collision in Cooper County Saturday morning.
The Missouri Highway Patrol 
investigated the crash on Route U, a half mile South of Walnut Drive, around 10:00 a.m. in the morning. The report says Haven T. Pennington, 19, of Prairie Home was seriously injured when his vehicle crossed the center of the road and hit Michael Kendrick, 42, of Bunceton, head on.
Kendrick was killed, his wife Melissa and a 14 year old seriously injured and a 7 year old moderately injured.
